The service when working is ok and has no lag depending on which service you connect with. But nothing to get excited about. I'm confused by those who have been 10 years with them. The windows client on the other hand is heinous. I was for over 6 months denied access to the client as the update informed me my version of Windows 10 was not supported. I had connected customer support various times and they kept telling me to roll back a version. Eventually, there was an update but nobody informed me it was out. I had been unable to use the service for months. Additionally, the default DNS service can reject your DNS requests. I've had times where even when disconnected from the VPN I've been unable to use the internet altogether because their DNS service won't respond. Additionally the windows client often will revert from my choice of using my ISP's DNS when disconnected to back to witopia DNS and then refuse to connect to any of my networking services. I've had to remove the client various times from various Windows machines and flag this bug. Unfortunately I have a multi-year subscription that I cannot end, I pray for the day for the subscription to be over.
