Semplice e veloce
Provata per IOS, é perfetta; semplice, veloce e sicura. Mai un problema, connessione automatica e ampi... a scelta dei server, se si vuole scegliere, altrimenti IPVanish troverà per noi “il migliore disponibile”. Per principianti ma non solo. L’assistenza online é immediata tramite chat o nel giro di poche ore con Twitter. Risposte a questioni tecniche da parte di personale preparato. In inglese ed in linea con tutto ciò che riguarda questa VPN, che di base ha immediatezza e qualità.Espandi

Piacevole, ma diventa un po' lento
Si tratta di un servizio VPN buono e affidabile, con molti IP disponibili. È possibile fare si che si ... avvii automaticamente all’avvio di Windows, risparmiando del tempo. Tuttavia, può essere un po’ lento a volte, probabilmente perché usa dei livelli di crittografia molto alti. I am AirVpn cusomers since 2015, and on my gear works remarkably well
I am working in the biggest country in Asia since 2006. I constantly use AirVpn on my MacBook Pro sinc... e 2015, and on my iPhone - iPad. I never had an issue, of any kind, with it, and I was quite amazed to read the article above. Lately, it is very difficult to get it properly run on iPhone and iPad, but this is more the result of this country where I live in restrictions than the vpn in itself. While in Hong Kong was still working fine, but as soon as I crossed the border troubles started. I will tweak that as soon as I will be out again. In the rest of the world, I never had issues. So I do not give the 5th star just because of my at present troubles using it on my iPhone and iPad. For the rest, I will stick with it.Espandi

Non è fatta molto bene, da evitare
Ciao, faccio il port forwarding sui miei router da una decina di anni senza vpn. Non sono proprio un i... nesperto. Anni fa funzionava bene air ma dopo nulla. Sui miei ultimi 2 pc avuti, non ha funzionato. Non si riesce a capire il perché questa vpn non va piu'. Ho controllato firewall, antivirus, tutto, ma niente. Il problema è che sarà fatta molto male, perché qualsiasi vpn provo funziona. Evidentemente ha qualche errore di programmazione molto graveEspandi

Works for me for years
Not sure why seen so much bad feedback here. Using BTGuard for more than 8 years. I ran into problems ... about 3 times. Figured out it was a software upgrade. Following their setup instructions for PCs/Linux phones works.Espandi

Terrible customer service
I used them for several years without too many problems beyond when I actually had a question I needed... to be answered by this outfit they never bothered to respond to my emails. One day, while connected to BTGuard, my IP was leaked to my ISP and I received a notice from Cox that I was in violation of their user agreement. I questioned BTGuard about this and I was immediately suspended and my account was closed. What the hell kind of treatment is this? And of course, they didn't bother to respond to my question as to why on earth I was suspended. At this point, I moved to TorGuard and never looked back. I've used TorGuard for 7 years. They offer a reasonable price and excellent service and outstanding customer support. I see BTGuard is still in business despite their lousy customer service and their limited functionality as discussed by the author of this article and there don't care attitude about their customers.
