Da quando il servizio è stato migrato alla piattaforma GOTO non funziona più nulla. Sono riuscito ad accedere al pannello di controllo del mio account dopo una decina di manovre assurde, per scoprire che la pagina non viene MAI caricata correttamente (nessun codice di errore, soltanto un banale "riprova più tardi") e tutte le mie network ed i miei dispositivi sono scomparsi nel nulla. ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE. Cerco subito una valida alternativa.
I used this service extensively in the past for linking disparate and geographically distant computers into a LAN. Service was usually good, with some outages. Over time I've found better and cheaper ways (Tailscale) to accomplish my requirements and have stopped using Hamachi. The reason for my low rating is the cancellation process. I think that if I sign up for a service online, I should be able to cancel the service online too. Not so with Hamachi. You must call and talk to an out-sources customer service person-- and wait on hold for nearly 10 minutes in my case... and explain why you want to cancel... and be offered renewal options.... and verify your email. I was fuming by the time my outsourced call experience was over. Any company that relies on keeping subscriptions in place by making them hard to cancel deserves to fail. Goto/Logmein will have a hard time ever getting me back as a customer.
